Service was amazing. My order wasn’t in stock. I was able to speak to someone right away and they were are to help me fine a nicer fireplace for a better price than my original order! Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a fireplace.

Fast installation

Trying to find a fireplace for a condo was not easy, but I'm glad that a friend recommended Bio Flame. The fireplace warms our 1300 sf condo and looks great! Ordering was easy and installation took.

Beautiful and great heat!

I've had my Rogue fireplace for 3 years now and it's the best thing I ever bought. My main level is just over 700 square feet and this heats the main level and the heat goes upstairs, Great anytime.

Overall it’s great

Just the fuel is hard to find unless you order from Amazon and that’s expensive. Arrived very quickly and was pleased with that. It’s very nice and gives more heat than I thought it would.

The easiest way to get a nice fireplace

I never thought I would have a fireplace in my home because I have no chimney nor a natural gas inlet. Thanks to Bioflame I now have two! Easy installation! Nice real fire ambiance that becomes really warm.

Good Price

Used to own an Ecosmart unit for a couple of years then saw BioFlame in one of the interior design magazines and decided to install one for comparison. In terms of pricing points, BioFlame comes in about 40% cheaper.
